Award Definition

This award recognises an individual or group within a system responsible for creating a successful business innovation. 

Benefits for participating in this award

Award Process

  1. Review the assessment criteria below to confirm that you are willing to respond to questions in these areas.
  2. Complete the online entry form and pay the application fee. Your application fee goes toward covering the administration, marketing and assessment costs associated with the Awards.
  3. You will be sent a unique link to complete your online submission containing a number of specific questions based on the areas of assessment below. No late submissions will be accepted.
  4. All submissions will be assessed by specialist judges using predefined criteria. Judges may contact you to verify or clarify aspects of your submission. You may also be invited to submit additional information or material to support your submission.
  5. The winner of the Franchise Innovation award will be announced at the 2018 FCA Gala Awards Dinner which form part of the FCA National Franchise Convention.

Communication and execution

This area measures buy-in from stakeholder groups and overall take-up of the initiative.
Results and feedback
Weight: 20%
Word Limit: 800
This area measures the overall success of the initiative and any ongoing changes made as a result of the initial idea.
