Structuring Your Support Team

Earn 50 education credits if enrolled in the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) program.

Course Outline

Franchise Office Teams are lean; their success is measured by delivering the services to franchisees efficiently with cut through.

This session will explore the following burning questions emerging franchisors are constantly asking:

  • Too many team members in the head office or not enough?
  • Ratio of team members to franchise outlets too many or too little?
  • Internal resource vs an external project why and why not?
  • The organisational structure - what's working and what's not, how do you measure and build the best structure?
  • What are your paid resources doing to support the sales growth of your brand throughout your network?

Half Day 8:330am to 12;30pm or 1:00pm to 5:00pm

Course Facilitator - Corina Vucic

Corina has been involved in the franchise industry for more than 16 years and is the Director of FC Business Solutions. She was named the 2012 Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) Woman in Franchising (Vic/Tas) and lead FC Business Solutions to being awarded the 2012/2013 FCA Supplier of the Year. Corina is a Committee member of the FCA Victorian Chapter and assists the Women in Franchising committee as required. She is a highly experienced mentor, trainer and business coach and believes in influencing success through motivation and engagement by providing leadership, support and guidance at all levels. Corina has a Bachelor of Arts and Commerce, a Masters in Human Resources and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training.
