Social Media Coaching

Earn 200 education credits if enrolled in the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) program.

Course Outline

Be a part of our three day intensive social media course and gain hands on practical experience creating and managing Facebook and LinkedIn in a business environment.

This course is a mix of lectures, group challenges and computer based exercises where you will learn about social media strategies to build your brand, your online reputation and generate content that positions you as an authority in your industry.

This course is ideal for business managers, marketing managers (or just the designated odd jobs team member) and is offered to businesses and consultants  wanting in depth social media knowledge that enables them to take control of their online branding.

Learn the essential rules and tricks to making the most of social media for your business.

Facilitated by Harrison-Kern who have operated in the digital field for over 20 years as website management, online sales consultants and social media strategists and developers this course includes:

  • Three full days of interactive training and discussion
  • Facebook and LinkedIn targeted training
  • Take home assignments
  • 1 hour of FREE private follow up coaching
  • Discounted bulk coaching hours available to attendees

Participants are required to bring a laptop with wireless capabilities.

Learning Outcomes

  • A complete Linked In and Facebook profile
  • An in depth understanding of the features of these social media platforms
  • The ability to source and post genuine content on a regular basis
  • A social media strategy and calendar that will guide 3 months of your social media efforts
  • Confidence to post and respond to customers/trolls online
  • A crisis management strategy for when/if things haven't gone to plan
  • Clear understanding of the cultures & etiquette of different social media platforms and how that will impact your online behaviour

Sarah is the team's project management wonder kid. She uses her 6 years experience in client and project management to ensure that everything stays on track and is done on time and to client specifications. She is driven by seeing projects go through ahead of schedule and works a million miles an hour to make sure everything is completed in the best time possible.
