NSW Roundtable 9/6/2016 Leasing and Negotiating with Landlords

Leasing and Negotiating with Landlords

This informative Roundtable will focus on:

  • Making sure your lease says what you think it does,
  • Exercising options and issues with rent reviews,
  • Rent and fit out incentives, and
  • How the change of entities can affect leases, including franchisor rights where the franchisee as tenant defaults.
