The Power of Unlocking Customer & Membership Data

Every organisation holds a wealth of information about their customers or members, which could be as simple as an address list, or include point of sale data and spending behaviours.  Organisations / franchisors have the ability to utilise this information to understand more about their customers, and have a strategic advantage in our constantly changing retail landscape.  By harnessing the power of customer data this can build brand loyalty, and ultimately deliver an increased Return on Investment (ROI) from various targeted marketing activities.

This forum will cover:

  • How the Retail Landscape is constantly changing including Key International Shopping Trends
  • Ways to identify who your Highest Value Customers are and where they are located
  • How 'Big Data' down to the most simple Customer Data can assist you understand more about your customers or members
  • How to identify which of your customers or members are more likely to respond to various marketing activities, leading to an increased ROI (specific case studies will be shown from different industries including fashion, homeware and sports industries).

Come prepared to share your experiences on how your organisation utilises customer or membership data in this interactive forum. 

The forum will be facilitated by Vanessa Wilmot, Director at Geotech Information Services.  Geotech Information Services specialise in the analysis and presentation of customer and market information in order to drive more effective (and profitable) strategies.  This includes using data mining techniques and 'Big Data' solutions to assist organisations understand more about their customers or members, to ultimately maximise ROI from various marketing activities.
