QLD Strategic Lease & Portfolio Management

How to effectively manage a lease portfolio for a maturing network.

Half-day workshop (1.00-5.00pm)

Following on from the Avoiding common pitfalls in Retail Leasing workshop, this learning event is designed for maturing franchisors and experienced leasing personnel to effectively manage a portfolio of retail leases.

This highly-interactive workshop not only provides core information, but also facilitates the exchange of information about retail properties of common interest to participants, as well as an improved understanding of site and landlord requirements.

This is an essential learning opportunity for any franchise property or site selection specialist and builds on knowledge from the Avoiding common pitfalls in Retail Leasing workshop, as well as the  Franchise Site Selection and Territory Planning workshops.
