  • Marketing to grow the pipeline. How do you generate leads via, direct maketing, website, current members, trade press, landlords agents, advertising?  What are the best leads? How do you measure lead effectiveness?
  • Systems to manage leads through the process and data base. Do you have a system?  How do you stop leads falling in gaps?  
  • Managing prospects expectations and steps in the process to franchise?
