VIC Roundtable 14/08/2012

Site Selection & Territory Planning

What information should we use for
site selection and territory planning?

In this very informative Round Table event, Peter Buckingham will introduce you to the concept of having a Process for site selection.  This is extremely important to avoid the legal pitfalls that may arise otherwise.  He will also discuss Census Data - how to use it and what to learn from it, as it is relevant to site selection.

Peter will also show you the Property Council data (for better understanding shopping centres), StripLocator, Business Demographics for B2B businesses, mapping etc, and show you how to make more informed site selection decisions.

Territory Planning will also be looked at if the group desires.

Peter regularly runs seminars in Franchise Site Selection and Territory Planning which are promoted by the FCA, and he is a Fellow of the FCA and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
This Round Table will be held at Spectrum Analysis Australia Pty Ltd, 101 Camberwell Road, Hawthorn East, VIC, 3123

Venue: Victoria
Phone Enquiries: 1300 669 030
