Franchise growth through multi-site ownership

In the search for quality franchisees, more and more franchisors are looking internally at their own franchise groups to expand their businesses. Likewise, many successful single-site franchise owners are looking for ways to grow their businesses and themselves. Part of the challenge is how to support multi-site owners in the transition from a hands-on franchisee to multi-site manager and leader.

Kate Fellowes from Foodco and Fred Pose from Oporto (former owner of two Oporto Stores) will lead a discussion on how best to prepare franchise owners for multi-site ownership, and how to support them. Fred Pose is Franchise Development Manager at Oporto, and was previously a multi-site franchise owner with Oporto. This round table is ideas for franchise development managers, regional operations managers and training managers.
