Managing Franchise Relationships

Franchise relationships are the cornerstone of successful franchise systems.

It is vital that the franchisee and the franchisor have a solid relationship and share the same vision and goals in order for both to succeed.

This session will discuss how to maintain strong relationships to the benefit of franchisees and franchisors.  Specifically, the issues to be explored are:

  • How to deal with conflicts should they arise
  • The predicted cycle of franchisee satisfaction throughout the operation of their business

What to do if the relationship breaks down and how to ensure that both parties continue to be engaged in respectful and productive communication

This session is suitable for both franchisees and franchisors.  This ensures that both perspectives are presented and allow both parties to understand the various issues around franchise relationship management.
