21 February 2012

Hall of Famers Diana Williams, Roger Wilson and Amos Bush have seen it all during their illustrious careers.  FCA Chairman and Hall of Famer Stephen Giles will put these experienced franchisors in the hot seat to provide insights into priorities for franchise systems during tough times:

  • how to best support franchisees
  • communicaton priorities
  • dealing with underperformers
  • driving sales and marketing
  • the importance of innovation
  • where can costs be cut?

It's not often that we have the privilege of having such high calibre franchising experience and knowledge available in a panel setting, which makes this breakfast an event not to be missed.

Phil Blain, Julia Taylor and Spiro Vournazos want to hear your opinions so they can represent you effectively as a group to add value to your membership, and in turn add value back to the FCA and franchising generally.
